When will I meet with my team to discuss wedding details and timeline?
Photographers and coordinators reach out to their couples about 90 days prior to the wedding. Videographers and DJs reach out closer to 30-45 days before the wedding. Need to speak to them sooner? Click here to contact Valery to get in contact with them.
When can I schedule my engagement session?
Engagement sessions can be scheduled with your photographer anytime you like! Some couples like to do them right away and others like to wait for the perfect weather day. Click here to email and get your session scheduled.
When is my final payment due?
Each of our couples creates their own payment plan after booking. Final payments are usually due either 30 or 90 days prior to the wedding date. Not sure when yours is due? Have questions about your payment plan? Click here to contact Valery to get more information.
When will I get my wedding images?
Our standard turnaround time is 30 business days for wedding images. Engagements photos are returned within 10 business days. Once completed, you will receive a link to your private gallery for access.
How can I access my photo gallery?

How long do I have access to my gallery?
You have access to your photos for at least one year after your wedding date. Within that time frame, we ask you to download and save your images to your personal hard drive as well as an online storage system for safekeeping. Once your gallery expires it will become archived in our cold storage system. Some galleries can be reactivated for a small fee but they are not guaranteed.
I received my wedding images back but I have questions about them. Who should I talk to?

When will I get my wedding video?
Wedding videos are returned within 90 business days of your wedding date. Once completed, you will get a downloadable link to your wedding video. The link is active for 30 days. Need to get in touch with our editing team? Click here to email Kevin, our head videographer directly.
I received my video but I would like a physical copy. How can I get one?
Packages do not include a physical copy but any client can request either a DVD or Bluray within six months of receiving their video. Click here to email and request a copy.
I haven’t received my wedding album that was included in the package. How can I get more information?
Wedding albums are not automatically created as our couples get to help our design team pick the images, layout, and color choices. Album credits expire 6 months after you receive your images. Ready to get started? Click here to get more information.
Where can I submit my music choices to my DJ?
Your music selections and communication with your DJ can all be done through our DJ Planning app. You should have received a email with a link to download and log into your app on your phone. We ask that you complete your planner at least 30 days prior to your event date. Can’t find the email to download the app? Click here to email Rich for account retrieval.
